Unfinished Furniture Co., Temple Tx, is hiring for the position of customer serivce representative.
The job will entail answering customer questions, looking up items and prices in catalogs (generally helping folks find what it is they are looking for), loading out furniture, and occasionally sweeping, breaking down boxes, recycling, etc.
We do not have "sales people" as such. Unfinished Furniture Co. provides real wood furniture at the best prices in Texas. Our job is to find the furniture that fits the customer's taste and price range.
The schedule will be part-time and includes every Saturday. Other days are scheduled as needed for busier than normal days, employee time off, vacations, emergencies, etc.
The pay will start at $8.50 an hour. Possible benefits include a Simple-IRA retirement plan with 3% match in which the employee is immediatlely 100% vested, casual dress, small team environment, and opportunity for advancement.
The successful applicant will be personable, enjoy talking with people, can multi-task at times, and has a genuine interest in the well-being of their neighbors in the central texas area.
